Why should I invest in a Valley Homes project?

Valley Homes is owned by two experts in their field: the owner of a Construction/Renovation Company and a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. Our combined experience in Residential Renovation and Residential Real Estate Finance makes us experts in a number of difficult Real Estate scenarios.

How long will this take?

Each project will have a different turnaround time, depending on the extent of the renovations, etc. However, this time frame will be estimated in the "The Numbers" section of the Property Guide for each specific project. It's important to keep in mind that factors outside of our control can also impact the amount of time it takes from project start to project completion.
